Our Commitment to Satisfaction
At Bait Master Fishing and Tackle, we're dedicated to ensuring you're delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, our return and warranty policy is designed to make the process straightforward and hassle-free.

30-Day Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it's in brand new, unused, sellable condition, and in its original packaging. 

Starting a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@baitmasterfishing.com.au. Include your name and order number in your email, along with the reason for you return/exchange request. 

Damages and Incorrect Items
Report any damages, incorrect, or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your order. We strive for accuracy and quality, but we'll promptly address any issues to make it right.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll inform you of the refund's approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note processing times can vary.

Return Postage

  • Change of Mind: If you've changed your mind or require a different item, return postage costs are your responsibility.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty item or if we've sent you the incorrect item, we'll cover the return postage. Please contact us via email before returning the item to arrange Pre-Paid Return Postage.

Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Warranty Claims

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in material or workmanship. For warranty claims, proof of purchase is required. Please contact us with details of the issue for further instructions. Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer.
