Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will be notified once your order has shipped. We primarily use Australia Post and Aramex couriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $12.95 AUD

• Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $18 AUD

• Free Shipping on all orders over $200

• Rods and Bulky Items: Please contact us for a shipping quote. A separate invoice for shipping will be emailed and must be paid before dispatch.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you don’t receive your order within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at info@baitmasterfishing.com.au with your order details.

• Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., Australia Post or Aramex), Bait Master Fishing and Tackle is not liable for any delays, lost, or stolen packages.

• For rods or oversized items, shipping quotes are location-specific and must be paid prior to dispatch.
